It does not cover the RestroBooth product itself — the point-of-sale, kitchen, and management software used by restaurants and their staff. That's governed by a separate agreement entered into directly with each business we work with.
Only what you choose to submit through the "Book a demo" or contact forms: your name, work email, business name, phone number (optional), and any message you write.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site — there is nothing on restrobooth.com that tracks you as you browse. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address and request timestamps) for security and reliability, consistent with ordinary web hosting practice.
To respond to your demo request or inquiry, and for related follow-up about the conversation you started with us. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
Form submissions are delivered via Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, straight to our inbox. We don't share your information with anyone else, except where required by law.
We keep form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our own records afterward. If you'd like us to delete information you've sent us, email us and we will.
